Kim Hye Lim of South Korea defeated Au Sin Ying of Chinese Hong Kong to take the women's individual sabre gold medal at the 16th Asian Games here on Thursday.

South Korean Kim Keum Hwa and Chinese Tan Xue shared the bronze medal.
