Entrepreneur Confidence Index Was Firming up in Q1

According to the results of National Business Climate Survey showed that entrepreneur confidence index (ECI) gained 101.1 in the first quarter, increased 6.5 points over than the previous quarter.
The ECIs of construction industry, transportation, storage and post industry, information transmission, computer services and software industry, industry, and real estate industry stood at 114.4, 100.1, 109.2, 141.2, 96.5 and 90.0, as compared with the previous quarter, all the industries were increasing, except the construction industry remained the general level; that of social services industry, and accommodation & catering industry was 98.8 and 95.4, with 3.6 and 6.6 points dropped respectively over than the previous quarter.
The ECIs of state-owned enterprises, limited cooperation respectively was 101.5 and 101.8; that of collective-owned enterprises, share-holding corporation limited, limited liability enterprises, private enterprises, and Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan, and foreign-invested enterprises stood at 90.4, 98.1, 98.6, 93.6 and 97.9 respectively. The ECIs of enterprises in various registration types was picking up over than the previous quarter, of which, the limited cooperation increased in the range significantly moving up, which stood at 10.5 points.
The ECIs of medium and large scale enterprises stood at 102.0 and 101.9, mounted up 13.0 and 4.2 points respectively; that of small scale enterprises was 93.5, which remained the general level over than the previous quarter.
The ECIs of central and western regions stood at 106.7 and 106.0, went up 7.4 and 4.9 points respectively; that of eastern regions was 95.8, rose 5.6 points over than the previous quarter.
