Vehicles move slowly on a flood ravaged road linking Lhasa and Quxu County in Tibet Autonomous Region on July 30, 2010. Five kilometers of the road was covered by flood water caused by heavy rains, which caused a traffic jam. The road is also the only way for people to get to Gonggar airport in Lhasa. [Xinhua]
