The 26 generators of the Three Gorges Dam since 9:00 PM local time on wednesday reached their design capacity of generating 18.2 million kilowatt of power due to the high water level of the dam's reservoir which is being raised by the continuous rains and floods coming from the upper reaches of the Yangtze River.
