Temporary Classrooms Built for Children in Quake-hit Yushu

Children of Tibetan ethnic group have their classes inside the temporary classroom at racecourse Gyegu Town of quake-hit Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture of Yushu, northwest China's Qinghai Province, April 25, 2010. Built by volunteers from Shaanxi youth volunteer association, this tent is used as a classroom for more than 10 children of Tibetan ethnic group with only three wooden stools but blackboard. Although the conditions are tough, children could have classes and play games with their friends here. [Xinhua]
