On Feb. 9 at 10:38 a.m., train G848 departed from Lanzhou West Railway Station in Lanzhou, northwest China's Gansu Province, bound for Guangzhou South Railway Station in Guangzhou, south China's Guangdong Province. The train has been transformed into a "mobile high-speed railway museum."

Under the theme "Galloping Horses, Dynamic Gansu," the initiative aims to leverage the massive passenger flow during the Spring Festival travel rush to carry out a cultural journey spanning more than 2,600 kilometers, bringing the rich heritage of Gansu to travelers along the route.

Designed with the concept of "one carriage, one museum; one carriage, one theme," the train brings together cultural resources from nine museums across Gansu Province, including the Dunhuang Academy and the Gansu Provincial Museum.

To enhance the travel experience, 22 docents from participating museums provide guided explanations throughout the train. Interactive areas have also been set up, offering activities and performances.

The train is additionally equipped with cultural creative products and science popularization booklets, allowing passengers to appreciate the charm of cultural relics and experience the beauty of Gansu's heritage up close during their journey.
