In recent years, Butuo County has made lots of efforts to develop the blueberry industry and started a blueberry planting project reaching an area of more than 3,600 mu (240 hectares), as a way to boost local people's income. Over 10,000 poverty-stricken people from 70 villages benefit from this project. (Xinhua/Jiang Hongjing)
