Dang Yaxian, an inheritor of Guanzhongplain’s Huamo creation process, displays herworks at Beilin district’s cultural center in Xi’an city, Shaanxi province. Huamo, which means “flower buns,” are steamed wheat flourrolls that feature special shapes and Chinese-style decorations.
