Xinhua,December 30, 2019 Adjust font size:

Photo taken on Dec. 29, 2019 show the purified water flowing into the diversion trench at a water treatment plant in Yinchuan, northwest China's Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region. The Yinchuan west line water supply project completed its first phase construction and started official operation on Sunday. It is capable of supplying 700,000 cubic meters of water daily at maximum. It makes it possible for Yinchuan to supply residents with the deeply-treated water of the Yellow River rather than underground water. (Xinhua/Yang Zhisen)
