First primary school built under Project Hope

Pupils have football class at the Jinzhai County primary school in Jinzhai, east China's Anhui Province, Sept. 3, 2019. As the first primary school built under the Project Hope in China, Jinzhai County primary school was founded on May 19, 1990. The Project Hope was launched to help children in poverty-stricken areas gain greater access to education. Supported by people from all walks of life, the Jinzhai County primary school has developed into a modernized school with a covering area of 14, 200 square meters, 48 faculties and 850 students. Laying importance on all-round development of its students, the school has benefited more than 5, 400 graduates by now. (Xinhua)
