Liang Qianjuan, a deputy to the 13th National People's Congress from Huixian County of northwest China's Gansu Province, called for more efforts to be made to boost training of rural e-commerce personnel and construction of logistics system. She herself was an example of rural e-commerce business. In 2013, she opened an online store and sold the locally produced agricultural products through the Internet, which contributed to local poverty alleviation and changed villagers' lives.
