In this aerial photo taken on Oct. 10, 2018, workers assemble a turbine unit of a new wind power project near Changgou Village of Caonian Township in Qinglong Manchu Autonomous County, north China's Hebei Province. The project has an installed capacity of 100 megawatts, while its Annual Energy Production (AEP) is estimated at 224 million kilowatt-hours once it is in operation. (Xinhua/Yang Shiyao)
