Photo taken on July 3, 2018 shows submerged area along the Jialing River in Nanchong, southwest China's Sichuan Province. Provincial flood control headquarters said a total of 115,900 people in Sichuan were affected by heavy rains. Crops, roads, bridges and school buildings were damaged. (Xinhua)
