Aerial photo taken on July 6, 2018 shows the under-construction Yuli-Ruoqiang expressway, which runs through the Taitema Lake in Qiemo County, northwest China's Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region. During the construction, many efforts have been devoted to protecting the ecological environment of Taitema Lake, which separates Taklimakan Desert and Kum Tag Desert. (Xinhua/Hu Huhu)
