Chinese Vice Premier Han Zheng makes a video chat with the doctor conducting telemedicine service, at Boao Super Hospital in south China's Hainan Province, July 1, 2018. Han, also a member of the Standing Committee of the Political Bureau of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee and head of a leading group overseeing Hainan's comprehensive reform and opening-up, made an inspection tour in Hainan from July 1 to 3 and presided over a meeting of the group here.
