Urgent: Chinese FM says U.S. disinvitation of China in Pacific Rim military drill unconstructive

WASHINGTON, May 23 (Xinhua) -- Chinese State Councilor and Foreign Minister Wang Yi said here on Wednesday that the U.S. decision to disinvite China to participate in the Pacific Rim military drill is unconstructive.
