ADDIS ABABA, March 27 (Xinhua) -- The following are news highlights in Ethiopia's major media outlets on Tuesday.

-- The National Biogas Coordination Office of Ethiopia said over 23 million euros has been allocated to install biogas enrichment centers across the country.

The fund for the five-year project was reportedly obtained from EU and the Netherlands Development Cooperation. (Ethiopian News Agency/ENA)

-- The 61st Extraordinary Session of the Intergovernmental Authority on Development (IGAD) Council of Ministers concluded in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia on Monday.
