NEW DELHI -- India will bring back the bodies of its 39 nationals who were killed by Islamic State militants in Iraq, the country's foreign minister has said.

MOSCOW -- Russian President Vladimir Putin arrived in the Siberian city of Kemerovo early Tuesday to mourn the victims of the deadly fire there, local news reported.

DAMASCUS -- A total of 28 civilians were set free on Monday night from rebels' captivity in the capital Damascus' Eastern Ghouta, state-run Syrian Arab News Agency (SANA) reported.
