Indonesian men waterpolo team to vie in friendly matches in Serbia

   JAKARTA, March 6 (Xinhua) -- Indonesian men's waterpolo team is  scheduled to take parts in several tryout matches in Serbia before they compete in the Asian Games 2018 this year, the team manager revealed.

   Manager of Indonesia's men waterpolo team Dean Baldwin disclosed that the participation in the tournaments for two weeks in Serbia is expected to boost skill of the players.

  The manager said that Serbia has several strong waterpolo teams in the world, saying that vying with them will be very beneficial for skill improvement of Indonesian athletes who will compete in the Asian Games this year in the country.

   "We have been scheduled to vie in several tryout matches there," Baldwin said.

   The friendly matches will be kicked off at the second weeks of May, he added.

   The manager reminded the athletes to use maximally this opportunity as the competition in the Asian Games will be very tough.  Enditem
