Hamas official injured in booby trapped car in south Lebanon

BEIRUT, Jan. 14 (Xinhua) -- A booby trapped car exploded Sunday in the southern city of Sidon, targeting Mohammad Hamdan, an official with the Palestinian Hamas movement, Al-Jadeed TV reported.
According to the TV report, the car exploded in a parking where the Palestinian official's BMW was parked.
The explosion damaged the car completely and Hamdan was injured and transported to a nearby hospital. Enditem
