NAIROBI, Jan. 12 (Xinhua) -- The following are the news highlights in Kenyan media outlets on Friday.

-- President Uhuru Kenyatta on Thursday indicated that he would return to South Africa sometime in the first quarter of this year to sign bilateral agreements reached with his counterpart President Jacob Zuma. Kenyatta said the talks have helped deepen the partnership between the already good relationships between the two states.
