U.S. dollar drops against most major currencies

NEW YORK, Jan. 4 (Xinhua) -- The U.S. dollar decreased against most major currencies on Thursday despite positive data from the country.

In late New York trading, the euro rose to 1.2069 dollars from 1.2015 dollars, while the dollar bought 112.77 Japanese yen, higher than 112.52 yen in the previous session. Enditem
