BEIJING, Jan. 4 (Xinhua) -- A 4.6-magnitude earthquake jolted Lincang City of southwest China's Yunnan Province at 5:35 a.m. Thursday (Beijing Time), the China Earthquake Networks Center said.

The epicenter was monitored at 23.93 degrees north latitude and 99.32degrees east longitude, with a depth of 10 kilometers, the center said in a statement. Enditem
