U.S. stocks end higher amid thin holiday trade

NEW YORK, Dec. 28 (Xinhua) -- U.S. stocks ended slightly higher on Thursday, as trading remained thin in a holiday-shortened week.

The Dow rose 0.26 percent, and the S&P 500 increased 0.18 percent, while the Nasdaq ticked up 0.16 percent. Enditem
