Dollar trades in lower 113 yen range in morning amid lack of fresh cues

TOKYO, Dec. 27 (Xinhua) -- The dollar traded in the lower 113 yen zone Wednesday morning in thin trade in Tokyo amid a lack of fresh trading cues.

At midday, the dollar was quoted at 113.25-29 yen compared with 113.18-28 yen in New York and 113.28-30 yen at 5 p.m. on Tuesday in Tokyo.

The euro, meanwhile, fetched 1.1863-1865 dollars and 134.36-43 yen against 1.1853-1863 dollars and 134.23-33 yen in New York and 1.1872-1873 dollars and 134.49-53 yen in late Tuesday afternoon trade in Tokyo. Enditem
