Moroccan king sends message to Kuwait emir on regional developments

Xinhua,December 25, 2017 Adjust font size:

RABAT, Dec. 25 (Xinhua) -- Moroccan King Mohammed VI sent on Monday a message to Emir of Kuwait, Sheikh Sabah Al Ahmad Al Jaber Al Sabah, on regional developments, Morocco's official MAP news agency said.

The message was handed to Kuwait's emir by Nasser Bourita, Morocco's minister of foreign affairs and international cooperation, and Mohamed Boussaid, Morocco's minister of economy and finance.

The King's message highlighted the distinguished brotherly relations between the two countries, as well as the latest developments on regional and international issues, the report said.

The message comes one day after the Moroccan ministers handed another written message from the King to Saudi King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud.

In November, Mohammed VI visited the United Arab Emirates and Qatar as part of the kingdom's efforts to ease tension between the gulf countries and cement its traditional ties with the gulf monarchies. Enditem
