Dollar changes hands in lower 113 yen zone in early trade in Tokyo

TOKYO, Dec. 25 (Xinhua) -- The U.S. dollar changed hands in the lower 113 yen zone in early deals in Tokyo on Monday, largely unchanged its levels late last week in New York.

As markets opened here, the dollar was quoted at 113.30-32 yen compared with 113.20-30 yen in New York and 113.40-41 yen at 5 p.m. on Friday in Tokyo.

The euro, meanwhile, fetched 1.1858-1862 dollars and 134.23-39 yen against 1.1859-1869 dollars and 134.32-42 yen in New York and 1.1852-1853 dollars and 134.40-44 yen in late Friday afternoon trade in Tokyo. Enditem
