TEHRAN, Dec. 21 (Xinhua) -- An earthquake measuring 5.2 magnitude on the Richter scale hit Koohbanan region in Iran's Kerman Province at 8:34 p.m. local time (17:04 GMT), Iran Seismological Center said.

The epicenter, with a depth of 10.0 km, is at 31.38 degrees north latitude and 56.28 degrees east longitude. Enditem
