Dollar changes hands in in mid-113 yen zone in early trade in Tokyo

TOKYO, Dec. 12 (Xinhua) -- The U.S. dollar changed hands in the mid-113 yen range in early deals in Tokyo on Tuesday, principally unchanged from its levels seen overnight in New York.

As markets opened here, the dollar was quoted at 113.54-56 yen compared with 113.51-61 yen in New York and 113.43-45 yen at 5 p.m. on Monday in Tokyo.

The euro, meanwhile, fetched 1.1776-1777 dollars and 133.72-76 yen against 1.1764-1774 dollars and 133.60-70 yen in New York and 1.1782-1783 dollars and 133.65-69 yen in late Monday afternoon trade in Tokyo. Enditem
