TEHRAN, Dec. 11 (Xinhua) -- An earthquake measuring 6 magnitude on the Richter Scale shook border region of Iran and Iraq at 17:39 local time (14:09 GMT), Iran Seismological Center said.

The epicenter of the earthquake, which was felt in Iran's Kermanshah province, was at the depth of 10 km, 35.066 degrees north latitude and 45.795 degrees east longitude in the Iraqi border city of Halubcah. Enditem
