Dollar changes hands in upper 112 yen zone in early Tokyo trading

TOKYO, Dec. 4 (Xinhua) -- The U.S. dollar changed hands in the upper 112 yen zone early Monday in Tokyo.

At 9 a.m., the dollar was quoted at 112.88-89 yen compared with 112.24-34 yen in New York and 112.62-63 yen in Tokyo at 5 p.m. Friday.

The euro fetched 1.1856-1856 dollars and 133.83-84 yen against 1.1895-1905 dollars and 133.41-51 yen in New York and 1.1914-1915 dollars and 134.18-22 yen in Tokyo late Friday afternoon. Enditem
