Sweden's Kalla dominates Lillehammer skiathlon

OSLO, Dec. 3 (Xinhua) -- Charlotte Kalla of Sweden grabbed her second win of the season in the women's 15-kilometre skiathlon in Lillehammer on Sunday, extending her lead at the top of the overall Cross Country World Cup standings.

The Swede finished in a time of 42:24.7 in the discipline which combines classic and freestyle cross-country skiing.

The Norwegian Heidi Weng and Ragnhild Haga completed the podium 19.7 seconds and 43.6 seconds behind on the home soil. Enditem
