Spanish shares gain 1.22 pct Wednesday

MADRID, Nov. 29 (Xinhua) -- Spanish shares rose on Wednesday, with the benchmark stock market Ibex-35 up 1.22 percent or 123.30 points, to close at 10,267.70 points.

A total of 29 of the selected 35 large companies gained in the day.

Engineering and infrastructure company Tecnicas Reunidas advanced 4.78 percent, followed by renewable energy company Siemens Gamesa that rose 4.30 percent and Spain's fourth largest bank Banco Sabadell that rose 3.76 percent.

Consultancy and technology company Indra A lost 0.86 percent, being the top loser of the blue chips. Real estate company Merlin lost 0.68 percent and technology solutions provider Amadeus went down 0.60 percent. Enditem
