German shares close flat Tuesday

FRANKFURT, Nov.28 (Xinhua) -- German stocks closed flat on Tuesday, with the benchmark DAX index up 59.33 points, or 0.46 percent, to close at 13,059.53 points.

German chemical group Linde won the most among the blue chips, with its shares up 2.55 percent. European mass media company ProSiebenSat.1 and marketplace organizer for the trading of shares and securities Deutsche Boerse group rose by 1.78 percent and 1.62 percent respectively.

European health care company Fresenius SE lost the most among the blue chips, by falling 1.15 percent. Energy group RWE and automotive manufacturer BMW went down by 1.02 percent and 0.86 percent respectively.

Manufacturing and electronics company Siemens was the most-traded share with a turnover of 198.91 million euros (236.46 million U.S. dollars). Enditem
