NANNING, Nov. 28 (Xinhua) -- China and Vietnam have begun a five-month campaign against the smuggling of drugs, firearms, fake notes, endangered animals and plants and illegal food imports.

The campaign is run by customs from south China's Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region and the Vietnamese provinces of Quang Ninh, Lang Son and Cao Bang.

Wang He, deputy director of the anti-smuggling department of China's General Administration of Customs, said customs from the two countries would discuss single-window clearance, Authorized Economic Operator recognition and anti-smuggling intelligence sharing. Enditem
