Hengfeng Bank chairman under graft probe

JINAN, Nov. 28 (Xinhua) -- Hengfeng Bank Chairman Cai Guohua is being investigated for alleged serious violation of discipline and law, the bank announced Tuesday.

The bank, one of 12 nationwide joint-equity commercial banks in China, gave no further details.

The bank had total assets of more than 1.2 trillion yuan (182.3 billion U.S. dollars) as of the end of 2016. It has more than 300 branches around the country. Enditem
