Palestinian president, Indian PM hold talks

Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas held talks here on Tuesday, officials said.

The two leaders reviewed bilateral relations and discussed regional and international issues.

Officials said Modi and Abbas held deliberations aimed at strengthening partnership between India and Palestine.

Abbas told local media that he came to India to seek support for peace efforts. Endit
