(BRF) President Xi expects more Belt and Road cooperation with Spain

President Xi Jinping said Saturday that China and Spain should carry out practical cooperation in various fields to produce win-win outcomes and mutual benefits under the Belt and Road Initiative.

With its special geographic advantage, Spain can play an important role in Belt and Road construction, Xi said when meeting with Spanish Prime Minister Mariano Rajoy.

Rajoy is in Beijing to attend the Belt and Road Forum for International Cooperation scheduled for Sunday and Monday. Endi
