Xinhua, May 13, 2017 Adjust font size:

Heavy rain will hit China's northeastern regions from Saturday to Sunday, the National Meteorological Center (NMC) said Saturday.

The NMC forecast heavy rain for most of northeast China, with parts of Heilongjiang, Jilin and Liaoning provinces expecting storms in the next two days.

From Sunday to Monday, heavy rain will hit parts of Fujian, Guangdong, Guizhou, Hunan and Jiangxi provinces accompanied by thunderstorms, said the NMC.

The center warned local authorities and residents to take precautions against flooding and geological disasters. Endi
