Xinhua, May 12, 2017 Adjust font size:

A Chinese higher education fair closed in the Moroccan city of Casablanca with the participation of some 22 universities.

This two-day fair offered a precious opportunity for Moroccan students who are interested in pursuing their studies in China.

The participant universities were prestigious institutions specialized in the fields of transport, finance, industry, foreign languages and sciences.

While the first day was held at Mohammed V University in Rabat, the second day was organized at Hassan II University in Morocco's largest city of Casablanca.

Speaking at the opening of the fair, Chinese ambassador to Morocco Sun Shuzhong said that education cooperation is an important area of the Chinese-Moroccan partnership.

He hailed the significant increase in educational exchange between the two countries, adding that Morocco has become the first Arab country to have three Confucius institutes. Endit
