China's April exports up 14.3 pct, imports up 18.6 pct

China's exports in yuan-denominated terms rose 14.3 percent year on year in April while imports increased 18.6 percent, leaving a trade surplus of 262.3 billion yuan (about 38 billion U.S. dollars), customs data showed Monday.

Foreign trade volume reached 2.22 trillion yuan in April, up 16.2 percent year on year. Endi
