Spanish stock market rises 0.15 pct, closes at 10,783 points

Spain's benchmark stock market index Ibex-35 rose 0.15 percent on Tuesday to close at 10,783.10 points, up from the 10,766.80 points of Monday.

On Tuesday session, Acerinox shares led rises climbing 3.56 percent, followed by Banco Popular, DIA, Caixabank, Grifols and Merlin that rose 1.89 percent, 1.82 percent, 1.27 percent, 1.22 percent and 0.93 percent respectively.

On the other hand, R.E.C. shares led falls losing 1.74 percent, followed by Iberdrola, IAG, Indra A, Abertis A and Gas Natural that lost 1.73 percent, 1.45 percent, 1.06 percent, 0.96 percent and 0.73 percent respectively.

Meanwhile, Spain's risk premium closed at 126 points, below the 130 points of Monday, and Spain's 10-year bond interest rate closed at 1.61 percent, also below the 1.65 percent of Monday. Endit
