India PM Modi condemns deadly attack on military base in Afghanistan

Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Saturday condemned a deadly Taliban attack in Afghanistan.

The attack in Mazar-i-Sharif of Afghanistan killed dozens of Afghan soldiers at an army base.

"Strongly condemn the cowardly terror attack in Mazar-i-Sharif. Our prayers and condolences to the families who lost loved ones," the Indian prime minister said.

Reports said Taliban attackers disguised as military personnel breached security at the military base in northern Afghanistan, killing dozens on Friday. Endit
