Chinese shares close mixed Friday

Chinese stocks closed mixed on Friday, with the benchmark Shanghai Composite Index up 0.03 percent at 3,173.15 points.

The smaller Shenzhen Component Index closed 0.43 percent lower at 10,314.35 points. The ChiNext Index, China's NASDAQ-style board of growth enterprises, ended 0.62 percent lower at 1,839.01 points. Endi
