Burundi president appoints new revenue authority chief

Burundian President Pierre Nkurunziza has appointed the new chief of the Burundi Revenue Authority (OBR), a presidential decree said Monday.

Audace Niyonzima replaces Leonard Sentore as the new OBR commissioner general, the decree said. Sentore has held the post since June, 2016.

Before his nomination, Niyonzima was the Director of Statistical Studies at Burundi's Central Bank (BRB). Endit
