Belarusian President condemns U.S. military strikes against Syria

Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko criticized the U.S. missile strike in Syria, his presidential press-service reported on Tuesday.

"When I heard about it, I regretted it very much. To tackle domestic issues through an aggressive foreign policy is not the right way," Lukashenko said.

"America alone or even with its closest NATO allies cannot overturn or govern the whole world today. One should watch one's appetite and deal with places where your interests are very strong. And they lie primarily in North America," he said. Endit
