Difficult to reserve hotel rooms for G20 summit in Hamburg

There is still about three months before the G20 summit in Hamburg, it has already been very difficult to reserve hotel rooms in the northern German city.
The G20 summit in Hamburg will be held on July 7 and 8. Around 9,000 rooms will be needed for the meeting from July 6 to 9. Most have been already booked. The price for a two-star hotel room for July 8 already reached 350 euros (370 U.S. dollars).
The security cost of hosting all the leaders and their delegation is very high. It is said that the police would prefer all the leaders remain centrally in Hamburg, although an alternative plan to host U.S. President Donald Trump at Berlin's Hotel Adlon and fly him to his meetings in Hamburg has apparently been under consideration.
The city will be in lockdown during the summit, with the entire city center from the airport in the north downwards being blocked, the police announced at the weekend. Endit
