Shanghai SIPG edges Shandong Luneng 2-1

Wei Shihao's goal in the 82nd minute helped Shanghai SIPG edge Shandong Luneng 2-1 at home on Friday in the fourth round of 2017 Chinese Super League.

Brazilian striker Hulk broke the deadlock for Shanghai SIPG in the 10th minute from Wu Lei's pass, and Papiss Cisse scored in the first minute of the second half to equalize for Shandong Luneng, then Wei Shihao sealed the victory for Shanghai SIPG.

Runner-up of last season Jiangsu Suning, never won a game in this season, lost to Chongqing Lifan 1-2. Peng Xinli's header in the 51st minute and Fernandinho's free kick in the 55th minute helped Chongqing Lifan lead the game. Ji Xiang's header in the 89th minute was too late to save Jiangsu Suning.

Beijing Guoan beat Henan Jianye 1-0 through Zhang Chiming's goal in the 76th minute. Endit
