Xinhua, April 6, 2017 Adjust font size:

The first online hospital in south China's Shenzhen City was established Thursday in a bid to provide more convenient medical services for patients through the Internet.

The online hospital was established by 91160.com, an online hospital registration platform, and Yunshan Medical.

More than 500,000 doctors have registered with the online hospital to provide patients with medical services such as online registration, doctor consultation, electronic prescriptions, online payment and drug usage advice as well as drug delivery.

The online hospital signals great progress in the health care system, said 91160.com's CEO Luo Ningzheng, adding that it optimizes the medical process. Endi
