A 5.4-magnitude earthquake hit the northeastern Khorasan Razavi Province of Iran on Thursday at 00:37 local time (Wednesday 2007 GMT), Iranian Seismological Center reported.

The earthquake, with a depth of 9 km, hit Sefid Sang village in Fariman town of Iran's Khorasan Razavi province.

On Wednesday, another 6-magnitude earthquake hit the same region in Iran which left two dead and 17 injured. Endit
